SKY MAP area

 

If you have fill your exact longitude and latitude and time zone in OBSERVER area you see real time sky map in this area. This sky map display the main stars, planets, moon and sun, main meteor shower and location of the axis of your antenna ( if is directive antenna ). Astronomical or Nautical azimut change the antenna location...

How to use ? Very easy , Click on a sky map to view information on the object ! It is useful to see if one or more meteor shower is visible and active at the moment where you observe. Meteor shower is displayed by green or red "stars" and the dimension of this "star" is proportional to the "power" of the meteor shower (ZHR).
